Volvo A-Moose-Ment Day 2025 brought the Volvo family together for a day of laughter, fun, and good company, all rooted in the brand’s philosophy of togetherness.

Our role? To make sure that the spirit of connection didn’t just happen on-site, but lived and breathed across every tale, screen, and social feed.

What began as a family day became something bigger. 

We turned Volvo A-Moose-Ment Day into a full-fledged brand experience, designing every story and interaction to bring people closer to the brand and to one another.

Bringing the “Volvo Togetherness” to Life

While the event focused on family fun, our creative direction highlighted the heart of it all: the simple joy of being together. Through test drives, shared laughter, and heartwarming customer stories, every piece of content reflected genuine connection.

We knew the best way to showcase Volvo’s warmth was to keep things authentic. That meant leaning into real, unscripted moments, designing interactive digital experiences, and making every participant — online or on-site — feel part of the Volvo family.

What We Did

We brought Volvo’s spirit of connection to life through strategy, storytelling, and experience design — across every touchpoint before, during, and after the event.

1. Social Media & Event Coverage
Built a full-funnel content journey across three pillars: anticipation, participation, and amplification. From pre-event teasers and countdowns to real-time stories, polls, and live coverage, every post was made to make people feel part of the celebration. 

On-ground, we captured genuine, spontaneous moments: the laughter, the test drives, and the small details that made the day special. 

Post-event, highlight reels and recap content kept the energy alive long after the engines stopped.

2. Video & Photography Production
Produced social, showroom, and event videos supported by drone shots and lifestyle photography that captured Volvo’s warmth and premium aesthetic.

We also conducted a catalogue shoot that showcased families and human connection, building a visual library for long-term brand use.

3. Talent Sourcing & Management
To bring these visuals to life, we worked with relatable personalities. Families, couples, and individuals who embody the Volvo spirit: genuine, thoughtful, and effortlessly human.

4. Stories in Motion
Spotlighted real owners and their journeys, capturing what driving a Volvo means beyond the road — where safety feels like care, design understands, and shared values bring people closer to the brand and to one another. 

Together, these voices deepened Volvo’s human narrative, creating timeless content that reminds people what the brand stands for.

5. CRM & Digital Experience
Designed a seamless journey from registration to event day, including:

  • A dedicated microsite and sign-up form
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Personalised QR check-ins

Guests also received a user-friendly event booklet with schedules, attractions, and safety info, bridging the physical and digital experience for a stress-free day.

The result? A smooth, people-first experience that reflected Volvo’s thoughtful design philosophy
