To manage their end-to-end recruiting process, the Mindvalley HR department needed a solution to integrate with its existing applicant tracking service platform. Their pain point was the inefficiency of work and time caused by the disconnection between the applicant tracking platform and the Careers Website where each medium requires a separate posting of the same job listing.


DOX came up with a website revamp proposition, using Headless CMS as a backend technology, combined with a bespoke middleware that integrates the backend with the applicant’s monitoring platform.


A fresh-looking Career Website with full content management features within the Headless CMS. More importantly, we successfully enabled the automated job posting on Careers Website page that syncs with the applicant tracking software.
