Performance Marketing Specialist

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you're a results-obsessed problem-solver with a knack for turning data into revenue. You thrive on the challenge of maximizing ROI and are a subject matter expert in the mechanics of paid digital channels. In this role, you will own the end-to-end performance of our clients’ paid campaigns, from crafting data-driven strategies to executing, analyzing, and optimizing for tangible business outcomes like lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales. Your work will directly impact our clients' bottom line, making you a critical driver of their growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Campaign Ownership: Own the full lifecycle of paid digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant paid social and display networks. You will be responsible for strategy, budget management, execution, and optimization.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Use A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to maximize key metrics like Cost Per Action (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Conversion Rate.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and present comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with client business goals. Stay on top of market trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our campaigns are always best-in-class.
  • Reporting and Insights: Create clear, concise performance reports that translate complex data into actionable business insights for clients. You will communicate the 'why' behind the results and provide data-backed recommendations for future growth.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the broader marketing team, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to ensure campaign assets, messaging, and goals are aligned and effectively executed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns within a marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise in paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Experience with programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from platforms like Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio to inform decisions.
  • A highly data-driven and results-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in an easy-to-understand format to non-technical stakeholders.
