Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are a natural at using data to drive results. You possess a firm understanding of the digital landscape and are eager to take ownership of client success. In this role, you will be the driving force behind digital projects, analyzing performance data, devising innovative strategies, and ensuring seamless execution. Ultimately, you will own the digital performance narrative for our clients, driving highly effective campaigns that deliver measurable business results like lead generation, customer acquisition, and increased brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Strategize, plan, execute, monitor, optimize, and report on integrated digital campaigns across various channels.
- Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms (e.g., SEM, paid social, display). Manage campaign budgets, conduct A/B testing, and focus on delivering a strong return on investment (ROI) by maximizing key metrics like conversions and cost per results (CPR).
- Digital Strategy: Initiate, evaluate, and implement improvements on digital strategies, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to inform strategic decisions. Analyze campaign performance and providing actionable, data-driven recommendations that directly improve ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with other team members, including designers, content creators, copywriters, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within a marketing agency or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, digital marketing principles, and best practices.
- Firm grasp of emerging digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for clients and internal teams.
