Business Development

Collaborate with our team to help brands thrive! DOX is looking for a talented Business Development professional to develop strategies, build relationships, and win new business. Agency experience is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Generate, qualify leads and convert them into clients by presenting DOX’s services.
  • Sales Negotiation and Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight DOX’s services and capabilities. Tailor proposals and strategies to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand client industries, target audiences, and competitors.
  • Identifying Opportunities: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and tools. Identify and research potential opportunities that align with DOX’s services.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and client interactions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact. Understand client objectives and requirements, offering customized solutions.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the organization goals and objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Identify potential partners, stakeholders and key industry players for strategic partnership. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners to leverage mutual growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Proven client-facing experience with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving with a strong customer-first focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling.
