Account Servicing

Collaborate with our team to help brands thrive! DOX is looking for a passionate Account Servicing professional to build strong relationships, manage projects, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and serving as the main point of contact for all client communications and project updates.
  • Account Management & Project Oversight: Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and timely resolution of issues; monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations; handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
  • Needs Assessment & Strategic Guidance: Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions; provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients to enhance their initiatives. [cite: 5]
  • Communication, Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on account status, performance, and relevant information; prepare and present campaign reports, insights, and performance metrics; gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
  • Problem Resolution & Collaboration: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction; collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, working closely with the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Proven client-facing experience with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving with a strong customer-first focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Agency experience preferred.
